LinkThing: iOS Client for Linkding
LinkThing is an iOS client for Linkding, giving the self-hosted bookmark manager a native presence on iPhone and iPad.
What it is for
Saving links from Safari or any app via the iOS share sheet, then browsing, searching, and tagging the collection without opening the web interface. On iOS in particular the share sheet integration is what makes a bookmarking workflow stick.
Setup
Provide your Linkding URL and an API token from the instance’s settings. All traffic goes to your server directly.
The Linkding client ecosystem
Linkding is a small project with a surprising number of third-party clients: LinkThing here, Linklater on Android, the official browser extension on desktop, and Linkding Injector for search-page integration. That breadth is a reasonable signal of how well the API is designed.
