Plex Dash: Multi-Server Plex Activity Dashboard

Plex Dash gives you a single view of what is playing across every Plex server you administer.

Built for multiple servers

Most Plex monitoring tools assume one server. Plex Dash is designed around several: if you run a box at home and another at a relative’s house, or maintain servers for a group, it aggregates active sessions from all of them into one screen rather than making you switch contexts.

What it displays

Active playback with user, title, and transcode status; server resource indicators; and quick access to terminate a session when something is chewing through CPU.

Requirements worth knowing before installing

Plex Dash requires an active Plex Pass subscription, since it relies on APIs gated behind it. That is a real prerequisite rather than an upsell inside the app, and it is the first thing to check if you are evaluating monitoring options.

Alternatives

Tautulli with its own mobile client covers single servers thoroughly and for free, at the cost of hosting another service.
