Streamyfin is a modern client app for Jellyfin, for people who want a more polished mobile experience than the official app. It runs on iOS, Android, and TV platforms.

Setup

Install Streamyfin from your platform’s app store, enter your Jellyfin server address, and sign in with your Jellyfin account. There is nothing to install on the server, though some features work best with matching Jellyfin plugins, such as intro skipping.

For access away from home, a VPN such as WireGuard or a reverse proxy with HTTPS is the safe way to reach Jellyfin.
