What changed
- Tor Browser 15.0.25
- Tor 0.4.9.14
- Updated firmware for newer graphics adapters and Wi-Fi devices
Installing and upgrading
- From Tails 7.0 or later, the automatic upgrade keeps your Persistent Storage
- For a new USB stick, download the USB image; use the ISO for DVDs and virtual machines
- A fresh install on an existing Tails stick erases Persistent Storage
Verify Your Download
Tails provides a browser-based verification on its download page and an OpenPGP signature for each image. Do not skip verification: for an anonymity system, a tampered image defeats the point.
