About Servers.com

Servers.com sells bare metal with a cloud-shaped interface. The console, API, and Terraform provider let you provision physical machines, private networks, load balancers, and object storage the way you would provision virtual ones, which is the main reason to pick it over a traditional dedicated host.

The footprint is genuinely global, with facilities in the Netherlands, Luxembourg, the United States, Singapore, and Hong Kong, so a multi-region deployment does not need multiple vendors.

Stock configurations deploy in well under an hour. Custom builds take longer, as they do everywhere.

Pricing

Entry Xeon servers start around $90/month, dual-socket Scalable configurations around $320/month, and EPYC builds around $480/month. Bandwidth is unmetered on a 1Gbps port at the lower tiers, with 10Gbps available.

Setup fees are typically waived on longer terms. Pricing sits above Hetzner for comparable hardware, which is the trade for the global footprint and the API.

Service Details

Private networking between servers in the same location is included and does not consume public bandwidth, which matters for a database tier or a storage backend. There is also managed load balancing, an S3-compatible object store, and a CDN, so the surrounding pieces of an application do not need a separate provider.

IPMI or an equivalent out-of-band console is available, so you can reinstall and recover without a support ticket. Any Linux distribution can be installed, including from a custom ISO.

DDoS protection is included at the network level. Support is 24/7 with an SLA, and hardware replacement is handled by on-site staff.
