Dedicated servers start at $129/month for a quad-core Xeon E3-1230 v5 with 16GB RAM and a 480GB SSD or 1TB HDD. Dual-processor Xeon E5 servers run from $309 to $629. Bandwidth is sold as a 75Mbps commit (about 25TB a month) on a 1Gbps burstable port.
These are older Xeon generations at prices well above budget hosts like IOFLOOD or Hetzner. What you pay for is the location, the owned facilities, and the support; for a server in Florida or Europe there are cheaper options.
